How do I join the Fitness Studio?

Can my personal trainer meet me at the fitness center?

Unfortunately, no. Due to liability issues we do not allow any outside trainers to conduct business inside The Lift at Houston Center. However, if you are looking to take the next step on your fitness journey and would like to discuss personal training options, our on-site trainers would love to visit with you. 

Can my spouse use the fitness center?

No, the Fitness Center is only available to tenants of Houston Center who office in the designated buildings: LyondellBasell Tower, 2Houston Center, Fulbright Tower, and 4HoustonCenter.

Do you offer personal training?

Yes, we offer personal training, small group training, and personalized workout programs. Please, inquire with one of our staff members or email us at TheLift@trophyfitness.com

Can I store my belongings in the lockers for the day or overnight?

No, to ensure we always have enough lockers for everyone, lockers are only allowed to be used while you are using the gym.  You must remove all of your items when leaving the gym. Any items left behind will be removed and disposed of.

Do I need to create a new account for the Peloton?

If you have an existing account, you may use your existing login so that your workouts are logged to your account. You will simply logout after your workout and the ride information will be saved.
