Who should consider personal training?
EVERYONE! Whether you are just getting started or wanting to take your fitness to the next level, personal training is the quickest and most efficient way to reach your goals. Trophy Fitness employs some of the most talented, educated, and high-energy trainers in Dallas who love to come to the gym and train their clients every day. Trophy Trainers have a passion for what they do and are eager to help you achieve your fitness goals and push you to your limits!
What qualifications do Trophy Trainers have?
Each of our personal trainers holds at least 2 national certifications and is encouraged to continually educate themselves in the fields of biomechanics and exercise physiology.
Do I get to pick my trainer?
You are more than welcome to visit our Meet the Trainers page and request who you would like to work with. If the personal trainer you request has availability matching your desired day and time to train, you’re set! If not, we will work with you to select a trainer who aligns well with the goals you are trying to accomplish through personal training.
How much does it cost?
1on1 Sessions range from $55-$100. We can build a personal training package for any budget! Whether you want to train by yourself, with a friend, twice a month, seven days a week, or anywhere in between, we will create a plan that works for you, your goals, and your budget.
How does scheduling work?
After the initial introduction with your personal trainer, you will communicate directly with them to schedule your sessions based on mutual availability.
How many times a week should I train?
Optimal training frequency will vary from person to person depending on certain factors such as fitness level, past-experience, injuries, and personal preference! If you are just getting started with exercise and healthy eating and need regular motivation and support, we suggest you work with your trainer more frequently than someone who is supplementing personal training with other exercise or group fitness classes.
When will I see results?
Visible results vary from person to person, but you can expect to feel positive changes almost immediately with personal training! Those who are committed to their goals and consistent in their training program should see improvements in sleep, mood, and energy levels within only a few weeks. Changes in body composition take longer for some than others; but if you are consistent with your workouts and adhere to the advice of your trainer, physical changes will become noticeable to you and others!
What if I have an injury?
Trophy Fitness Personal Trainers are experts in their field and can create a training program to limit or avoid stress to the affected area of your injury. Additionally, your personal trainer can develop a corrective exercise strategy to improve joint stability, mobility, and strength of the affected area depending on the injury and stage of healing.
However, no corrective exercise or post rehabilitation program delivered by any Trophy Fitness personal trainer is intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease or mechanical malalignment. We always recommend consulting with your doctor before starting a new exercise program with or without a personal trainer.
