Born and raised in Atlanta, Britt has lived in Nashville since 2006! Britt and her husband live in East Nashville with their 3 dogs (yes, 3). When she is not teaching spin, she manages a barbershop in Sylvan Park and cuts hair. Britt started taking spin classes at Cycle Haus Nashville in 2020 after lockdown and fell in love with it. She absolutely loves teaching spin because while she’s getting her own great workout in, she also gets to give others the same opportunity! “Fostering community growth through spin and giving others an outlet to move and sweat is one of the many perks of teaching spin!”

Sarah has been teaching yoga for four years and is a registered 500-hour yoga teacher.  She used to be a long-distance runner and discovered yoga when she was recovering from a serious running injury. Yoga led her to re-evaluate priorities in life, and she’s never felt stronger or more confident. Her education is in anatomy and physiology, and she has a master’s degree in pathology. She is a PA and currently works in a laboratory while teaching yoga part-time.  In her yoga classes, she enjoys weaving in anatomy, lightness, and a sense of exploration.  Sarah has lived in Nashville for over 14 years with her husband and 2 rescue dogs Oliver James and Moon Pie.  Sarah also teaches stand-up paddleboard with and without yoga in the summer.
