Welcome to the 501 Commerce Fitness Center, a full service fitness amenity offered exclusively to the tenants of 501 Commerce. We have everything you need to start reaching your fitness goals including a full complement of cardio equipment, machine & free weights, first class locker rooms, on-site personal trainers, group fitness, spin classes, meditation and wellness rooms, and more!

 

501 Commerce Fitness offers both individual and corporate membership options. If you are interested in setting up a corporate membership for the employees of your company, email us to find out about the benefits and discounts available!

Membership Options

Individual membership to the Fitness Center is available to any employee whose company offices in 501 Commerce.

The Brookfield Properties Development (BPD) Corporate Membership is available only to employees of Brookfield Properties Development.

The Alliance Bernstein Corporate Membership is available only to employees of Alliance Bernstein who office in 501 Commerce. 

 The Northwood Retail Corporate Membership is available only to Northwood Retail employees who office in 501 Commerce. 

The M2 Development Corporate Membership is available only to employees of M2 Development who office in 501 Commerce. 

The K&L Gates Corporate Membership is available only to employees of K&L Gates who office in 501 Commerce. 

The Polsinelli Corporate Membership is available only to employees of Polsinelli who office in 501 Commerce.

Questions

You have access to the fitness center 24/7! Staffed hours are Monday-Thursday from 6aqm-2pm.

The fitness center is only available to employees of 501 Commerce.

Yes, you are able to bring your own yoga mat to classes. However, you are not able to store personal belongings in the lockers during the day or overnight. All items left in the lockers at the end of the day will be removed. Items may be claimed from security within 10 days from removal. The gym will provide yoga mats for daily use.

 

We offer both personal training and small group classes. Please inquire with one of our staff members or email us at 501Commerce@trophyfitness.com.

Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, deodorant, hair spray, lotion, mouthwash, and Q tips are provided.

The meditation rooms are for those needing to take a break, take a breath, and enjoy a peaceful, meditative time away. The rooms are not able to be reserved and are on a first-come first-served basis.

When it comes to lockers, we have 2 options:

  • Day Lockers – Lockers are available on a first come, first serve basis and are included with membership to the Fitness Center.  These lockers may be utilized while in the Fitness Center and belongings should be removed upon departure.  
  • Monthly Lockers – Monthly locker rentals are available to members of the Williams Tower Fitness Center. Rental of a locker includes laundry service for gym clothes.

Absolutely! The GroupX studio has plenty of space and equipment including spin bikes, functional equipment and Yoga mats. 

CAN MY PERSONAL TRAINER MEET ME AT THE FITNESS CENTER?

We will be working through adding gym access as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 3 business days for access to be put on your badge.

NATALIE QAYAD

Spin Instructor / Certified Personal Trainer

Natalie is Owner and Master Instructor at Cycle Haus Nashville. She is also the winner of the Nashville Fits 2020 BEST Cycling Instructor award. A National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Trainer and Group Fitness instructor, Natalie has been in the industry for more than a decade. She is originally from San Jose California but has been a resident of Nashville for 8 years. She has certifications and specializations in multiple fitness capacities as well as being Certified in Sports Nutrition and a Certified Nutrition Coach.

BRITT ZIEGER

Spin Instructor

Born and raised in Atlanta, Britt has lived in Nashville since 2006! Britt and her husband live in East Nashville with their 3 dogs (yes, 3). When she is not teaching spin, she manages a barbershop in Sylvan Park and cuts hair. Britt started taking spin classes at Cycle Haus Nashville in 2020 after lockdown and fell in love with it. She absolutely loves teaching spin because while she’s getting her own great workout in, she also gets to give others the same opportunity! “Fostering community growth through spin and giving others an outlet to move and sweat is one of the many perks of teaching spin!”

AMBER LAZARUS

Spin Instructor / Group Fitness Instructor

Amber Lazarus is a certified group fitness instructor who teaches many modalities. Amber has been teaching indoor cycling for 1.5 years in and around the Nashville area. Amber comes to us with a background in competitive dance and loves to add rhythm to her cycling classes. You can also find Amber instructing reform Pilates, mat-based fitness classes, and HIT cardio classes.

Holding a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware, along with a NASM training certification and RYT200, I bring a diverse range of expertise to the fitness realm. My specialization lies in the art of perfecting form – the cornerstone of effective and safe workouts. As a seasoned fitness instructor, I believe that proper form is not just about aesthetics, but the key to unlocking your body’s potential while minimizing the risk of injury. Through thoughtfully crafted group fitness classes, I aspire to empower each participant with the knowledge and techniques needed to optimize their fitness journey. Join me in these sessions to not only break a sweat, but to build a foundation of strength, health, and vitality that lasts a lifetime.”
